シャンプーしてもらう時、首に力を入れるのは逆効果？

みなさん、美容室でシャンプーをしてもらう間、首を持ち上げられた時には、どれくらい力を入れてますか？
「頭は重たいから力入れて軽くしてあげよう」と考え、首を上げている方も多いと思います。

ですが！その心遣い美容師にとって大変ヒヤッとする行為なんです😱💦

なぜかと言うと、、
①お客様の頭の重みを利用し、シャワーを持つ手と首を密着させ、お客様の首筋にお湯が漏れないよう調節しています。

②首の後ろを流す時はシャワーは上を向いているため、グイッと首を上げられてしまうと噴水⛲️のようになり、美容師の顔が水浸しになります💦

じゃあ首のはどうしたら正解なのか？
答えは、力は入れず体を委ねてください！
むしろ力を入れると、やりにくくなって逆効果なのです、、

もちろん頭はそれなりに重たいのですが、片手で支える負担はそんなにはありません！

But! That thoughtfulness is a very scary thing for a hairdresser😱💦

The reason is,,
1. We use the weight of the customer's head to make sure the hand holding the shower is tightly pressed against the customer's neck, and adjust the water so that it doesn't leak onto the customer's neck.

2. When washing the back of the neck, the shower is facing upwards, so if the customer lifts their neck too much, it becomes like a fountain⛲️ and the hairdresser's face gets soaked💦

So what is the correct way to wash your neck?
The answer is, don't use force, just let your body go!
In fact, if you use force, it will be difficult to do and will be counterproductive...

Of course, the head is quite heavy, but it's not that much of a burden to support it with one hand!
